The ride takes place around my local area with varied scenery close to both the coast and forest. The first part is on asphalt along flat and quiet roads, making it easy to keep a steady pace.
The second part continues onto gravel roads with rougher terrain and a rural atmosphere. The ride ends at Havnsøje — the place where my rear tire got sliced open, forcing me to walk the bike the last 4 km home.
